If you do more of the just-for-you stuff, you'll be calm and rested enough to tackle some of the stressful stuff. The stuff you’re putting off seems to fall into two categories: stressful and just-for-you. If you do more of the just-for-you stuff, you’ll be calm and rested enough to tackle some of the stressful stuff.
