Awww c'mon I still see my BOOKWORM. Think about all the pattern books you read before making this beauty of a sock.

I see the owl thing, but it could also be a very intricate chains linked together. This is hard, there are already so many
nice choices. It's an absolutely gorgeous sock!! So here a couple to consider--'The "Eyes" of "March"' (Did someone use that already, I didn't read closely through all 27 replies). For the chain theme--"Chained Melody".

The cables remind me of the very flirtatious Domino masks on a handle that ladies carried at the Masquerade Ball - the kind that could be easily moved aside for a coquettish glance, then quickly put back in place before the gentleman could become too sure of his chances. SO I'd like to suggest Masque d'Amor for the name of these socks.

Athena(Greek) / Minerva (Roman) is the goddess of crafts, among other things, and is often depicted with or symbolized by an Owl. With the way the owls are stacked on these socks, I'd like to suggest Obelisk of Athena or Minerva's Tower. Mix and match names and structures as you see fit.
